School has started and Fall is officially around the corner. That can only mean one thing – it is time to begin our 2009 – 2010 season of Brant Human Resources Network luncheons. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I extend a warm welcome to our membership both new and existing. The goal of our local network is to provide Business and Human Resources Professionals with the opportunity to learn, discuss, network and enjoy a good meal at monthly luncheons. Throughout last years' luncheons, you provided us with feedback on topics you and your company wanted more information about. Well, we've listened! Our kick-off luncheon promises to have us out of our seats as Phil Barrette will deliver a participative motivation and morale boosting session. What better way to start off the year! Other informative luncheon topics include Pandemic & Healthier Workplaces, Myths Regarding Hiring People with Disabilities and Drugs/Alcohol/Violence in the Workplace. Let's not forget the Local Community Update and the always popular Employment Law Update. Both have been schedule in further months to come. We will continue to ask for your feedback as the months progress and want to address your needs as they come forward. I look forward to meeting you at our luncheons.
